S60 UI emulator update

Since my last post, some things happened in the S60 UI emulator front. I and another Russian guy (Igonichev) worked separately in some improvements for the UI emulator.

In my side, I added date and time fields to Forms (the original version only showed timestamps instead of real dates/times). And Igonichev did a *great* work adding emulation of the "graphics" module (Marcelinho Carioca: this might interest you :), which allows even the original S60 Python samples to run in desktop!

Ken Rimey, the original software developer, accepted both collaborations readily, and was kind enough to include our copyrights and mentions in the download page.
